Create a Contact in Hubspot upon Add to List

In the "Integration" page, add a section for "Integration Configuration" with the "Create a new Contact if one is not found in Hubspot via Email" checked upon integration

When users fire an "Add to List" action, check to see if a Contact exists via Email. If it doesn't, create the Contact with that Email before adding to list
