The "Why" Behind PQL Scores 🕵

Here at Correlated we're striving to do away with the infamous "black boxes" that come with traditional product-qualified lead scores. Our newest contribution to the cause? A detailed overview for every score to explain why someone received a high, medium, or low score.

Whether you're using Correlated's AI-powered propensity model to score leads who are ready to convert, existing customers who may expand, or anything in between, you'll know exactly what's driving their score.

Simply click open any Account or User with a score in Correlated. You'll instantly be brought to an "Overview" tab where you'll see the following insights:

  • The numerical PQL score assigned for every stage (0-100)

  • The top five indicators (aka Data Points) that are contributing to the score, along with each specific value

  • The ranking of each value in terms of importance compared to other values for an indicator

  • The overall lift and impact each indicator has within the model

In the above example, we can conclude this account has a high likelihood to onboard because they have already connected Salesforce, they're in the Enterprise market segment, and currently on our Basic customer plan!
