Happy Friday! As we head into the weekend, we'd like to introduce a completely new view available to you to further explore and understand how customers are using your product.

At this point, you're already aware that Correlated can send you automated notifications 🤖 via Slack - but what do you do once your receive a Slack notification?

As of this week, you can use the Account Detail View, where you'll be able to see a more robust dashboard with details and metrics that can provide important context on how you want to approach a given customer. If you're seeing an empty dashboard, reach out to your Correlated team member to get things set up.

You might have also noticed that our Signals builder is looking pretty fresh! 🌟 We've just made it easier to build Signals using both usage and firmographic data, and we hope you like it as much as we do. 😍

ℹī¸ Fun Fact: Signals can be used in two ways

1. Tagging or labeling interesting Accounts or Users (for example, show me all the accounts that have sent invites in the last week, or all accounts that are in my region and coming up for renewal)

2. Identifying NEW interesting Accounts or Users (for example, notify me when a new account sends invites in the last week, or when a new account in my region is coming up for renewal)
